Step 1: Cook the beef until almost browned; drain. Add onion and garlic and blanched string beans; cover cook for 5 minutes. Add the beaten eggs; cook until eggs start to set, stirring constantly.
Step 2: Blend the cornstarch with water and add to mixture.
Step 3: Cook until mixture thickens stirring constantly.
Step 4: Serve with hot rice.
