Step 1: Heat oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Add onions and bacon and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continually. Do not brown.
Step 2: Pour in chicken or vegetable stock and stir while bringing to a boil. When boiling, add in the couscous and salt and pepper and stir. Keep at a low simmer
Step 3: Add in peas and cover your saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes. You may have to add a bit more stock during the 10 minutes. You don't want it to dry out before its cooked. Before serving add in the parmesan, butter and parsley and Enjoy
