Step 1: Pound flour salt and pepper into steak; I am guessing round steak. If you buy tenderized steak it is not such a chore and won't have to cook as long.
Step 2: Melt the butter and cook onions; add garlic.
Step 3: Add meat that has been cut into thin strips.
Step 4: Add mushrooms with juice, water, and soup. Cook over very low heat for 75 minutes. You may have to add more water here.
Step 5: When meat is tender, add sour cream and parsley just before serving.
Step 6: Serve over egg noodles or just mix in to coat noodles.
