Step 1: Heat oil in frying pan. Saute onion until translucent.
Step 2: Crumble turkey, saute with onion until golden brown. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds.
Step 3: Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and all seasonings. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Step 4: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti noodles. Cook until al dente - about 8 minutes. Drain noodles and put in large bowl. Toss with sauce.
Step 5: If freezing for future, it's best to freeze the sauce only. Cook the pasta fresh at serving time.
