Step 1: Brown the lamb cubes and onion in oil.
Step 2: Add tomato paste, tomatoes, wine and water to cover meat. Simmer covered for 1 hour.
Step 3: Add artichokes, cook 30 minutes more.
Step 4: Add herbs and lemon juice, cook 30 more minutes until lamb is tender.
