Step 1: Cook bacon in wok until crisp.
Step 2: Add green onions, red peppers and peas stir fry 1 minute.
Step 3: Add egg and scramble.
Step 4: Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains.
Step 5: Add soy sauce; cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
