Step 1: Slice the pepper in half, remove ribs and seed and chop into bite sized pieces.
Step 2: Peel and chop the onion in to bite sized pieces.
Step 3: Toss in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the flavours to meld.
Step 4: Place on 4 metal skewers and grill over direct heat and cook until at desired doneness.
Step 5: Enjoy!
