Step 1: Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning.
Step 2: Combine all the ingredients except for pork together in a plastic bag.
Step 3: Add pork strips and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Step 4: Remove pork from bag and weave strips onto skewers.
Step 5: Warm up the grill and lightly grease the cooking surface with a bit of oil.
Step 6: Grill the skewers, brushing with the marinade after turning them for the first time.
Step 7: Grill until the meat is browned and sizzling and still tender.
Step 8: Serve alone or with peanut sauce.
