Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 4 garlic cloves (fine minced)
- Hot sauce (amount desired)
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Mix all ingredients. Put the beef or pork in a Ziploc bag or airtight container. Add marinade, seal then turn the bag to evenly coated meat.

Step 2: Store in the fridge for 8-24 hours.
