Step 1: Make the recipe of http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/beer-marinade-for-beef-9782.
Step 2: Place the roast in the marinade overnight ( at least 6 hours ) in fridge.
Step 3: Take roast out of marinade and drain..
Step 4: Let sit at room temp for 1 hour.
Step 5: Meanwhile get the smoker ready for a 3 - 4 hour burn with apple wood.
Step 6: Smoke until internal temp reaches 135°F.
Step 7: Remove roast from smoker and wrap in foil.
Step 8: Place back in smoker for an hour, temp should reach 145°F.
Step 9: Remove and let rest for an hour.
Step 10: Slice and enjoy!
