Step 1: Drain salmon reserving liquid. Flake.
Step 2: Add crumbs and egg.
Step 3: Measure salmon liquid to make 1/2 cup.
Step 4: Add powdered milk to liquid; mix.
Step 5: Add rest of ingredients and mix.
Step 6: Shape into loaf.
Step 7: Bake 40 minutes at 350°F; let stand 5 minutes.
