Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat
Step 2: Add beans, red onion, garlic cloves and half the balsamic dressing
Step 3: After 4 minutes add red pepper
Step 4: Continue cooking until the veggies are heated through and just starting to be crisp tender apprx 4-5 minutes
Step 5: Add remaining dressing cook a further 2 minutes
Step 6: Sprinkle on the cashews
