Step 1: Mix spices rub 1/2 on chicken,
Step 2: Fry with oil until browned add onions carrots and celery.
Step 3: Add garlic. Add stock. Add eggplant. Add chickpea. Add dill cilantro. Add rest of spices. Simmer 2 hours.
Step 4: Remove bones add chicken back.
