Step 1: Place the potato chips and basil in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Step 2: Mix with garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large plastic freezer bag; add the chops and toss to coat.
Step 3: Drizzle enough oil to coat the bottom of a skillet; bring to medium-high heat and add the chops.
Step 4: Cook until you have a nice crust over the chops and they are cooked through and no longer pink on the inside; this will depend on thickness of chops.
Step 5: Enjoy!
