Step 1: Remove all the fat and membrane from the moose meat and cut into bite size pieces; set aside.
Step 2: In a large re-sealeable plastic bag add the pineapple juice, hot sauce, vegetable oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and hot pepper flakes.
Step 3: Place the oregano and thyme in the palm of your hand and rub to release the aroma then add to marinade.
Step 4: Add the meat and swish to coat the meat; place in refrigerator and marinate for at least 6 hours.
Step 5: Place the meat onto 8 skewers and grill until cooked to desired doneness, basting with marinade every so often.
Step 6: Enjoy!
