Step 1: Preheat oven to 450F.
Step 2: Mix together the crumbs, potato flakes and parmesan.
Step 3: Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Press the crumbs onto both sides of the fillet.
Step 5: Flip and press more crumbs onto the fish.
Step 6: Place on a baking tray either lightly oiled or that has "relesse" foil on it.
Step 7: Bake until the fish flakes easily.
