Step 1: Thaw spinach and squeeze dry between paper towels.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and chicken, ssprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasonings. Continue to cook until chicken is cooked and golden brown. Remove chicken from pan.
Step 3: Place red pepper in skillet. Add wine, spinach and cream; boil. Cook until sauce starts to slightly thicken. Complete by stirring in Parmesan Cheese and chicken pieces.
