Step 1: Add a few tablespoons of oil into large skillet, then heat the oil. Add rice, chicken, vegetables and stir until warmed through, stirring often. Move everything to the side of the skillet. Add eggs and stir until cooked. Move the rice mixture back to center of skillet and combine with the scrambled eggs.
Step 2: Add soy sauce to the mixture and stir to evenly combine. Cook, stirring continuously until hot. Add pepper and salt.
Step 3: Serve
