Step 1: Boil water and add rice; cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2: In a 12-inch skillet or wok,add ground beef,and both powders, stirring often.
Step 3: Remove beef and drain wok or if needed.
Step 4: In same skillet, add all veggies,water chestnuts and marinade.
Step 5: Reduce heat to medium; cover.
Step 6: Cook veggies 7 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 7: Return beef to skillet, mixing well.
Step 8: Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through and serve over rice.
