Step 1: In a 10 inch non-stick skillet over medium heat add water.
Step 2: When water reaches boiling point add pasta,and cook until desired tenderness is reached.(I cook mine al dente').
Step 3: Drain and return to skillet.
Step 4: Add meat,Ro-tel,corn and 1 cup of cheese,stir occasionally until meat is heated through and cheese is melted.
Step 5: Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and serve.
