Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2: While oven is heating, cook sausage over medium high heat, until lightly browned.
Step 3: Drain and set aside.
Step 4: In a medium sized bowl, mix together biscuit mix and water, until well combined.
Step 5: Then add rest of ingredients, including drained sausage.
Step 6: At this point the mixture will be thick and sticky.
Step 7: Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.
Step 8: Bake for 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown, if desired brush with melted butter.
