Step 1: Mix first four ingredients in a bowl and make a well in the center of your bowl. Add the last four ingredients and blend with a spoon. Batter should be on the lumpy side. Fry batter in fry pan and oil either as 3 -4 inch silver dollars or as a thin covering in the bottom of your skillet. Fry lightly on both sides and serve with pancake syrup, jam, honey, etc.
