Step 1: Add leftover corn,carrots,& butter to a medium size saucepan.( In a large microwave safe bowl,combine the corn,carrots,and water.)
Step 2: On the stove top,heat and stir vegetables until butter is melted(Cover and microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are done).
Step 3: Add seasonings to vegetables and stir until well combined(For microwave:Drain and add seasonings and butter, stirring well).
