Step 1: Whisk together the orange juice, cilantro, ginger, garlic, soy, sesame oil and chili flakes,
Step 2: Set aside
Step 3: Heat the oilive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat
Step 4: Sear the cheeks on each side until golden (apprx 3 minutes per side)
Step 5: Pour in the orange sauce, bring to a boil
Step 6: Reduce heat, continue to cook until the sauce has thickened and the cheeks flake easily
Step 7: Serve pouring the sauce over the cheeks
