Pasta With Italian Sausage N' Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked pasta (or 2 cups dry)
- 3 tablespoons oil (canola oil)
- 1 pound Italian Sausage (sweet)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) pork gravy
- Grated Parmesan Cheese,optional
How to Make

Step 1: If you're using dry pasta,cook according to package directions drain and set aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3: Remove sausage from casings and cook sausage until lightly browned.

Step 4: Add peppers and seasoning cook until peppers are tender.

Step 5: Add gravy and heat to boil.

Step 6: Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until sausage is done.

Step 7: Add pasta and toss to coat then cook until pasta is heated through.

Step 8: Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese.
