Step 1: If you're using dry pasta,cook according to package directions drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3: Remove sausage from casings and cook sausage until lightly browned.
Step 4: Add peppers and seasoning cook until peppers are tender.
Step 5: Add gravy and heat to boil.
Step 6: Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until sausage is done.
Step 7: Add pasta and toss to coat then cook until pasta is heated through.
Step 8: Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese.
