Ingredients
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- Orange peel (1-inch by 1.5-inch slice of orange peel from a ripe orange, for garnish)
How to Make

Step 1: Stir the first three ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a coupe glass.

Step 2: Holding a lit match in one hand and the strip of orange peel in the other, squeeze the peel over both the match and glass, so the oils from the peel briefly flare up. Set the match aside and drop the twist in the drink.
