Step 1: In a large skillet with a lid add oil and butter
Step 2: Saute the garlic until golden about 1 minute
Step 3: Remove and reserve the garlic
Step 4: Add green beans, broth salt & pepper
Step 5: Cook the beans uncovered until tender about 8 minutes, do not overcook you want them to still be a bit crisp.
Step 6: The broth will be almost all evaporated
Step 7: Add the garlic back with the beans, stir and serve
