Step 1: Tear off 8 pieces of foil large enough to enclose the fish pieces
Step 2: Double the foil so you now have 4 pieces of foil
Step 3: Divide the fish fillet into 4 servings
Step 4: Place each serving on a piece of foil
Step 5: Top each with 1/4 of the onion, wine, garlic thyme, salt and pepper.
Step 6: Bring the foil up over the fish, double fold and press the edges to seal
Step 7: Place in 400 oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
