Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups water (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun spice blend (Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic recommended)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
