Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Cook pasta according to package directions,drain and set aside.
Step 3: In the same pan you used to cook the pasta,over low heat melt butter and add flour then cook until flour taste has cooked out.
Step 4: Add milk a little at a time to flour,stirring until sauce is desired thickness.
Step 5: Then add dry mustard and pepper,stirring well.
Step 6: Add cubed Velveeta,stir until completely melted.
Step 7: Return cooked pasta to the sauce and add chopped beef,taste then add salt if needed(I don't think you'll need any).
Step 8: Pour into a prepared 2 quart rectangle baking dish.
Step 9: Bake for 35 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
