Step 1: Place parsley, dill and scallions in the bowl of your food processor. Give it a whir until all is evenly chopped.
Step 2: Add the anchovies, garlic, capers, and lemon, then whir a bit more until smooth.
Step 3: With the machine running, slowly pour in the olive oil until fully incorporated.
Step 4: Remove the sauce into a bowl and stir in the chopped eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
