Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lime peel, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup oil (olive or vegetable oil)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small jalapeño chile (seeded, finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (black pepper, coarsely ground)
