8 ounces dry macaroni pasta (or your choice of pasta)
3/4 cup mayonnaise (or miracle whip)
1/2 whole onion, diced
1/2 whole bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup dill pickle, chopped
1 celery stalk, sliced thinly
2 teaspoons pickle juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (15 ounce) peas
How to Make
Step 1:
Boil macaroni according to package directions. Run under cold water until cool. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve!
