Easy Bacon and Cheese Pumpernickel Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon slices (cooked, drained and crumbled)
- 2 1/2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated (fine grate)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise ( not salad dressing)
- 1 pumpernickel bread loaf (sliced)
How to Make

Step 1: Set oven to broiler heat.

Step 2: In a medium bowl combine the crumbled cooked bacon, cheese, mustard and mayo; stir well to combine.

Step 3: Arrange the pumpernickel slices on a cookie sheet.

Step 4: Spoon the mixture on each slice of bread.

Step 5: Broil for about 5-6 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
