Ingredients
- 2 mackerel (filet of smoked peppered mackereal)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f

Step 2: Spread the butter on the mackeral filets

Step 3: Place them in foil, sealing them in by folding the tops together and bringing in the sides making an envelope

Step 4: Place on a baking tray place in preheated oven for 10 minutes

Step 5: Place on heated plates squeeze lemon juice over them -

Step 6: Serve warm
