Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Spread cherry pie filling in a 8 x 8-inch square pan that has lightly been sprayed.
Step 3: In a medium-size bowl, beat eggs.
Step 4: Add milk, melted margarine, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well.
Step 5: Pour over cherry pie filling.
Step 6: In another medium size bowl, combine sugar and flour.
Step 7: Add margarine; with fork stir until crumbly.
Step 8: Add nuts and oats then sprinkle over cobbler mixture.
Step 9: Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
Step 10: Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
