Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400F.
Step 2: Rinse your spears under cold water, snap off the tough ends.
Step 3: Lay spears on paper towel to remove any water.
Step 4: Place spears in a zip lock bag, add dressing and gently shake to coat the spears.
Step 5: Place the spears on an oven proof tray.
Step 6: Sprinkle on the parmesan.
Step 7: Bake for 8 minutes.
