Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cups natural bran
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon quick-rising yeast (or more see step 2)
How to Make

Step 1: Place all ingredients in the bread machine and press Start.

Step 2: Please note that I use only one teaspoon of yeast with this bread although the original recipe called for 1 1/2 teaspoons.
