Step 1: Put water in breadmaker. Add sugar, then yeast. Wait 2 minutes for yeast to begin to soften. Add flour, butter, salt, in that order.
Step 2: On the Zojirushi I select Basic, Light Crust, Preheat OFF. Press start. The top crust will be barely browned when finished and might collapse just a little. Flours vary a lot so you may find you wish to increase the amount slightly next time.
