Step 1: Drain beans and save the liquid.
Step 2: Then in a large skillet heat oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3: Add beans and ham(Spam)to the skillet.
Step 4: Cook for about 5 minutes or until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Then stir in spinach, cover and cook for 5 minutes or more until fresh greens are wilted and frozen spinach is warmed through.
Step 6: If the mixture is too thick,add a bit of the reserved bean liquid to thin it out.
