Step 1: Mix together the meat, rice, peas, 1/4 cup BBQ sauce & !/2 cup cheese
Step 2: Stuff the pepper with the meat mixture
Step 3: Top the peppers with the remaining cheese
Step 4: Place the cut off lids in the slow cooker and place the peppers on top of them.
Step 5: Pour the water and remaining BBQ sauce into the slow cooker
Step 6: Cover with lid turn to low and cook for 4 1/4 hours or until they are ready
