Ham and Cream Cheese Medjool Dates

Ingredients
- 16 medjool dates
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 8 ham slices (serrano ham)
How to Make

Step 1: Mix together the cream cheese, feta cheese, basil and oregano

Step 2: Cut a small slit lengthwise in each of the dates

Step 3: Fill the slits with apprx 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture

Step 4: Wrap each date with a half slice of ham

Step 5: Place on a baking sheet end of ham side down

Step 6: Bake in preheated 400f for about 5 minutes.

Step 7: The ham will start to turn golden and the cheese is melting slightly

Step 8: Serve warm
