Step 1: Spread the cream cheese on one slice of bread
Step 2: Top the cheese with the marmalade
Step 3: Close the sandwich with the second slice of bread
Step 4: Whip the egg and milk together
Step 5: Dip both sides of the sandwich in the egg mixture
Step 6: Let it absorb the liquid
Step 7: Fry in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat for about 3 minutes each side
Step 8: The sanwich should be golden
Step 9: Enjoy
