Step 1: Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until starting to crisp, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Add Brussels sprouts and carrots, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes.
Step 4: Sprinkle chopped walnuts over pan and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
