Step 1: Stir the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a large microwave-safe bowl. Place in the microwave and cook on high for 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Continue microwaving and stirring in 15 second intervals until all of the chocolate is melted.
Step 2: Pour the sauce into a glass jar and let cool to room temperature before using.
