Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Beat together butter, applesauce and sugars until creamy.
Step 3: Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Step 4: Add baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and flour; beat well.
Step 5: Add in oats and beat. Stir in raisins and distribute well.
Step 6: Using a small 2 tablespoon ice cream scoop, drop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7: Bake in preheated oven 12-14 minutes.
Step 8: Cool for about 2-3 minutes, then remove to wire cooling rack.
Step 9: For even lower fat, you could probably use egg substitutes.
Step 10: Each cookie has 113 calories, less than 2 grams fat, and for those watching their sodium content, 94.28 mg sodium each.
