Step 1: Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper, and set aside.
Step 2: Mix sugar cookie mix, butter, and milk in a medium bowl.
Step 3: Melt half your candy melts, and spread in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
Step 4: Top evenly with cookie dough, and press to spread across candy, leaving an edge of candy around the dough.
Step 5: Chill for about 10 minutes.
Step 6: Melt remaining candy melts. Pour over top of chilled sugar cookie dough.
Step 7: Spread evenly to cover dough.
Step 8: Sprinkle with sprinkles, and chill until hardened.
Step 9: Break apart into pieces, then store in a plastic container, or cookie tin.
