- 1 medium red onion, cut vertically and then thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
