Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
How to Make

Step 1: Sift into a bowl the flour and salt.

Step 2: Stir in the milk.

Step 3: Beat the eggs and stir them into the batter.

Step 4: Add the water.

Step 5: Beat the batter until large bubbles rise to the surface.

Step 6: Have ready a hot muffin tin containing about 1/4" oil or melted butter.

Step 7: Pour in the batter and bake in preheated 400 F oven for approx 20 minute

Step 8: Some cooks recommend 350 F for 30 minute
