Step 1: In medium size saucepan, over medium heat, combine peanut butter chips, half of the condensed milk,2 teaspoons vanilla,and 2 teaspoons margarine.
Step 2: Stir until completely melted, pour and spread evenly into a 9 x 9 inch pan which has been prepared with the cooking spray (the mixture will be a little thick).
Step 3: Repeat STEP 1 using remaining ingredients,(I used the same pan that I melted the peanut butter chips in)and pour over peanut butter mixture.
Step 4: Chill for 2 hours and cut into desired sized squares.
Step 5: Chill for another 2 hours.
